About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales professional to generate and qualify leads, engage decision‑makers and demonstrate how our solution meets their business needs. The role involves proactive outreach and thorough documentation of interactions. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact, building relationships and gathering insights to tailor our offering.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new customers through various lead sources.
- Prospect new accounts via lead generation, trade shows, follow‑up calls and cold calling.
- Locate and engage the appropriate decision‑makers within target organisations.
- Document all relevant customer information and conversation details in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely entry.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or lead‑generation role.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
