Inside Sales (Dutch Speaking) – Mechelen

About the role

Support sales colleagues by arranging customer visits, generating leads, and acting as the primary contact for routine inquiries. You will also represent KEYENCE at trade shows and help tailor solutions to industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange customer visits and follow up on sales leads via phone and email.
• Prospect new business opportunities across a broad industrial portfolio.
• Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain CRM data, manage email correspondence, and handle general administration.
• Attend and represent the company at industrial trade shows and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and business‑level English.
• Driving licence and residence in Belgium or willingness to relocate.
• Proactive mindset with strong appetite for challenges and business development.
• Motivated, self‑driven, and able to work effectively within a team.
