Infrastructure & Cloud Technical Coordinator

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Infrastructure & Cloud Migration Project Technical Coordinator to lead the planning, preparation, and execution of workload and application migration waves to public and private clouds. You will act as the primary technical authority, coordinating on‑shore and off‑shore teams, managing change through ServiceNow, and ensuring each migration cycle is fully planned, tested, and delivered without issues.

Key responsibilities

• Define and validate migration strategy, approach, and planning in alignment with client objectives and technical constraints.
• Create and manage change requests in ServiceNow, maintaining traceability between planning artefacts, change records, and execution outcomes.
• Lead end‑to‑end preparation of migration waves, including scoping, dry‑runs, post‑migration testing, and validation.
• Coordinate offshore delivery teams, monitor progress, resolve blockers, and produce regular status and risk reports.
• Design, schedule, and execute migration tests and dry‑runs to ensure go/no‑go readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during migration preparation and execution.

Required profile

• Strong infrastructure background covering SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Solid expertise in at least one public cloud platform.
• Familiarity with ITSM best practices and ServiceNow change management.
