Influencer Relations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Relations Manager to build and manage creator partnerships within the fast‑growing mobile gaming and digital marketing ecosystem. Based in Belgium, you will coordinate influencer campaigns from creator selection and negotiations through content delivery and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end influencer marketing campaigns, including creator selection, contract negotiation, content scheduling and delivery tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies and talent representatives across YouTube, Instagram, Twitch and TikTok.
• Negotiate collaboration terms with mid‑tier creators while optimizing campaign budgets.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for Account Managers, providing updates on timelines, progress and execution.
• Review influencer research and outreach lists, offering feedback and recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance, assets, budgets and timelines using internal management systems.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges such as communication issues, content revisions and delivery delays.
• Document campaign status and creator partnerships in real‑time and support continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for gaming, online communities and the evolving creator economy.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
