Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to design and execute influencer‑led campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive sales. You will work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to create compelling content and ensure a consistent brand message across all influencer collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer and KOL strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable influencers.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and report ROI and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to produce campaign assets.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns that incorporate influencer participation.
• Provide regular performance reports and optimise future initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience managing influencer or KOL campaigns.
• Strong confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy.
• Ability to work under high pressure, overtime when needed, and handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive self‑learning, analytical mindset, and decisive problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills within the influencer community.
