Industrial Project Manager – Lead Strategic Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead strategic projects that expand or reinforce our production facilities. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine industrial requirements with operational teams.
• Build and coordinate cross‑functional project teams.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Lead kick‑off meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while exploiting opportunities.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and anticipate procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with on‑site safety regulations.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering and project management.
• Proven ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong autonomy, rigor, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Safety certification such as VCA is a plus.
