Industrial Project Manager – Aeronautics & Defense

About the role

SII Belgium is looking for a motivated Industrial Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects for clients in the Aeronautic & Defense sector. You will ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, cost and quality while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee one or more projects from initiation to closure.
• Maintain project team commitment to scope, planning, cost and quality.
• Address project changes and manage risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor budget adherence and ensure compliance with defined standards, processes and methodologies.
• Coordinate tasks, schedule work and manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or aeronautics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.
• First‑hand training in project management and knowledge of the aero‑defense industry.
• Strong team‑working abilities, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
