ICT Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ICT Project Manager to lead telecommunications infrastructure cabling projects for Mercury’s construction solutions in Mons, Belgium. The role involves coordinating site operations, managing client expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and manage client specifications for telecommunications infrastructure cabling.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, including safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain project schedules and control all associated costs (labour, material, procurement, plant and equipment).
• Coordinate sub‑contractor activities, track progress, and manage staffing levels.
• Attend site meetings with clients and internal teams, and implement company procedures.
• Handle change management, cost and programme adjustments.
• Close out projects, delivering final accounts, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files and QA documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Extensive background in telecommunications infrastructure cabling.
• Strong computer literacy with Windows and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel freely across European countries.
