IAM Specialist – AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote, 8‑20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to join 10x Team as a freelance AI Trainer. You will help shape AI models that support identity governance, access provisioning, and compliance by providing real‑world expertise and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI‑driven recommendations on role‑based access control and regulatory compliance.
• Develop case studies and scenario variations based on your IAM experience, covering identity lifecycle, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify gaps or risks in AI recommendations and deliver clear, structured feedback.
• Influence how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an IAM consultant.
• Based in the EU or the United Kingdom.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
