IAM Consultant

About the role

Spektrum is seeking an IAM Consultant to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in implementing a security standardisation for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) across NATO’s internet‑facing web portals. The role will involve translating audit findings into practical solutions and delivering a proof‑of‑concept environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build a Proof of Concept (POC) environment for MFA implementation.
• Plan and execute the rollout of MFA standards for NATO web portals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align security controls with NATO audit requirements.
• Document processes, provide guidance, and support ongoing maintenance of the MFA solution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Familiarity with security standards and audit remediation.
• Ability to work in a multinational, high‑security environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
