HR & Recruiter (Dutch/French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious HR & Recruiter who is fluent in Dutch and/or French to join our Brussels office. You will receive dedicated training and support while handling recruitment, selection, contract management and HR administration for engineering profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Screen CVs and shortlist qualified engineering candidates.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
• Manage employment contracts, onboarding paperwork and HR administration.
• Prepare reports for senior management and track recruitment KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• Degree in Modern Languages, International Relations, Economics, Communications, Human Resources or related humanities field.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good level of English.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, commitment and curiosity.
