About the role
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations and support our growing team. The role involves shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
Required profile
- 5+ years of HR management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, growing organization.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Ability to work with HR metrics and data analysis.
