HR Manager – International Scope

About the role

As HR Manager at Q8Oils you will be a strategic partner within the management team, shaping people and organisational strategies for a workforce of around 400 employees across eight countries. You will drive HR initiatives that support the company’s strong growth ambitions in both production plants and office environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with business goals, advising on organisational development, leadership, talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Strengthen organisational culture, break down silos, and foster collaboration through coaching, leadership programmes and cultural initiatives.
• Design and execute a future‑proof talent strategy, focusing on succession planning, talent management and leadership development.
• Enhance employee experience for blue‑collar and white‑collar staff, driving engagement, wellbeing and retention in a production setting.
• Coordinate HR activities across multiple countries, ensuring consistent processes while respecting local legislation.
• Lead HR due diligence and integration for acquisitions or new site openings, aligning new teams with Q8Oils culture.
• Use HR data and KPIs to inform decisions on engagement, turnover, absenteeism and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, psychology, economics, law or a related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior HR role.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach, able to bridge business, people and organisational development.
• Proven experience managing HR in an international, multi‑site environment.
