HR Manager – Belgium

About the role

Cabot Corporation is looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead the people agenda across its two Belgian sites. You will act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and the site leadership team, shaping employee experience, talent development, and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Facility General Manager and leadership team to translate global and EMEA HR strategy into local actions.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
• Manage collective labour relations, prepare Works Council meetings, and negotiate collective agreements.
• Provide guidance on performance, engagement, retention, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian labour law, social regulations, and Cabot HR policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labour legislation and social dialogue processes.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive HR initiatives that support business performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Expertise in employee relations and collective bargaining.
• Familiarity with HR governance, policy maintenance, and compliance reporting.
