HR Generalist – Operational Support in International Environment

About the role
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to provide hands‑on operational support to managers and employees throughout the full HR lifecycle. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Shared Services in an international setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, benefits, time & attendance, and off‑boarding processes.
- Advise managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and absence management.
- Support payroll processes and ensure accurate HRIS data maintenance.
- Contribute to annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation, benefits, and HR projects.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or operational HR role.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and core HR processes.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2–C1) and Dutch.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
