HR Generalist – Fixed-Term (Belgium)

About the role

Honeywell Building Automation is seeking a full‑time HR Generalist on a fixed‑term contract (August 2026 – February 1 2027) to support its Belgium operations in Diegem. The role offers immediate ownership and the chance to influence people decisions that directly impact business performance.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian HR practices and legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
