HR Administrator – 1‑Year Fixed‑Term (Permanent Option)

About the role

Frasers Group is seeking a Payroll‑oriented HR Administrator to support its store network in the Netherlands. The role combines daily payroll processing, employee support, and optimisation of HR administration within a fast‑growing international retail group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll for multiple stores in collaboration with the social secretariat.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee HR queries.
• Process HR documents such as contracts, amendments, letters, accident files, and disciplinary actions.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in HR and payroll systems.
• Perform performance control through detailed analyses.
• Work with store teams to ensure timely compliance with HR deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Dutch social legislation.
• Excellent organisational, autonomous, and discreet work style.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (minimum B2).
• Team‑oriented, solution‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with time‑management and payroll software such as Cobra (SD Worx), ADP, and Tamigo.
