Head of Training – Benelux Beauty Sector

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Training to lead the training strategy for our Benelux subsidiary in the professional cosmetics industry. You will shape learning initiatives that drive commercial performance and ensure consistent knowledge transfer across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the training strategy aligned with brand vision and business objectives in Benelux.
• Supervise and coordinate a local training team of two specialists (Dutch‑speaking and French‑speaking).
• Design, develop and implement the annual training plan, including programs for product launches, events and strategic initiatives.
• Create and adapt training content for face‑to‑face, digital and blended learning formats.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure training supports product sell‑out and growth.
• Identify training needs, propose improvements and travel within the Benelux region as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Training Manager, Senior Trainer or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in cosmetics, professional aesthetics or a related industry.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities; people‑management experience is a plus.
• Strategic mindset combined with operational execution skills.
• Analytical ability to work with KPIs and measure training impact.
• Bilingual Dutch (native) and French (fluent); high level of English.
• Willingness to travel within Benelux.
