Head of Threat Engineering & Application Security

About the role

Join Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners as a senior leader within the BPT Service Delivery & Security organisation. You will sit on the CISO Leadership Team and shape the cybersecurity strategy for Europe, overseeing Threat Engineering and Application Security across IT and OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Threat Engineering & Application Security strategy aligned with corporate security policies.
• Provide subject‑matter input to the CISO team on tooling, emerging risks and cybersecurity priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing security team and act as secondary leader for SOC operations.
• Own the end‑to‑end Application Security programme, including penetration testing, API security, secure development practices and vulnerability identification.
• Manage the lifecycle, optimisation and integration of security tooling, driving threat‑driven enhancements and AI‑security controls.
• Govern security policies, monitor compliance, lead remediation and oversee third‑party security assessments.
• Plan and report the unit’s budget, ensuring optimal investment in security solutions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in security, with the ability to define strategy and guide technical teams.
• Experience overseeing SOC operations and application security programmes.
• Strong understanding of threat engineering, detection, and resilience for both IT and OT environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, supplier relationships and compliance activities.
