Head of Supply Chain, Procurement & Quality

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to own Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality for a high‑mix, low‑volume electronics manufacturing business. The role will ensure product availability, cost efficiency and operational excellence across electronics and EMS activities, supporting a structured succession plan.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sourcing and procurement strategies, including category plans, supplier negotiations and dual‑sourcing.
• Manage supply risk, obsolescence and end‑of‑life planning with a Total Cost of Ownership focus.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance on quality, compliance and delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels to guarantee on‑time product availability.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of buyers, operations, inspection, PCB testing, logistics and quality engineers.
• Drive KPI improvement and embed continuous‑improvement culture.
• Maintain and enhance the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and support ERP transition.
• Coordinate facility management with HR and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years experience in electronics or EMS, preferably high‑mix, low‑volume.
• Minimum 3 years in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong inventory management background.
• Proven strategic and hands‑on procurement experience with electronic and mechanical components.
• Experience in supplier development, audits and quality systems.
• Professional English; French is a plus.
