Head of Sales – Belgium

About the role

Brink’s is seeking a senior sales leader to head its Belgian commercial operations. The Head of Sales will drive profitable, sustainable growth and lead complex, high‑value client engagements across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global and regional commercial strategy into actionable growth plans for Belgium.
• Expand Digital Retail Solutions in close collaboration with global product teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and new customer segments.
• Own the sales pipeline, ensuring strong deal quality, accurate forecasting and high conversion rates.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies and bid processes in line with company governance.
• Ensure disciplined commercial execution aligned with profitability, risk management and credit policies.
• Partner with Operations to deliver commercially sound, operationally feasible solutions.
• Work with Finance on budgeting, revenue forecasts and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Europe Commercial and Marketing teams on messaging, campaigns and solution positioning.
• Deliver annual and long‑term commercial targets, including revenue growth, margin improvement and pipeline health.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing commercial team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably in B2B or technology environments.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin management and forecasting.
• Experience operating in a multinational context.
