Head of Sales – Belgium

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead Brink’s commercial activities in Belgium, driving profitable and sustainable growth across cash, valuables and digital retail solutions. This senior position combines strategic planning with hands‑on client engagement and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global and regional commercial strategy into actionable growth plans for the Belgian market.
• Expand Digital Retail Solutions by collaborating closely with global product teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and new customer segments.
• Own the sales pipeline, ensuring deal quality, accurate forecasting and high conversion rates.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies and bid processes in line with company governance.
• Ensure commercial execution aligns with profitability, risk management and credit policies.
• Partner with Operations to deliver commercially sound, operationally feasible solutions.
• Work with Finance on budgeting, revenue forecasts and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Europe Commercial and Marketing teams on messaging, campaigns and solution positioning.
• Deliver annual and long‑term commercial targets, including revenue growth, margin improvement and pipeline health.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing commercial team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably in B2B, technology or related sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin management and forecasting.
• Experience operating in a multinational environment and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop talent to achieve high performance.
