Head of Marketing EMEA

About the role

The Head of Marketing EMEA will lead Halyard's EMEA marketing organisation, reporting to the VP – General Manager EMEA. This senior position is part of the EMEA Leadership Team and works closely with regional and global marketing leaders to drive brand stewardship, digital acceleration, and executional efficiency across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor strategic marketing plans for multiple product categories and segments across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Translate sales strategy into marketing activities that accelerate growth in high‑margin categories and optimise portfolio competitiveness.
• Lead the Acute Care segment and adjacent healthcare sites from a marketing perspective, ensuring segment performance aligns with company objectives.
• Collaborate daily with sales teams, distributors, clinical and non‑clinical customers to gather market insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback.
• Establish pricing policies and growth initiatives to drive revenue.
• Oversee portfolio and project management, including new product launches, customized product development, brand building and value proposition definition.
• Develop and execute a Clinical Education strategy for the EMEA region.
• Consolidate individual category plans and ensure marketing execution excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary marketing organisations in a B2B or healthcare environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence regional and global marketing direction.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sales, distribution and clinical stakeholders to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Experience managing product portfolios, new product launches and brand building initiatives.
• Member of senior leadership teams with a track record of contributing to regional business strategy.
