Head of Finance, HR & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to head Finance, HR and Operations for a fast‑growing services company in Zaventem. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and oversee the day‑to‑day operational support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and monitor P&L, cash flow and profitability.
• Lead monthly/quarterly close, variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Coordinate statutory accounts, VAT filings, payroll reconciliation and year‑end reporting with external accountants.
• Review and manage client, supplier and NDA contracts, ensuring GDPR and corporate law compliance.
• Administer Belgian payroll, onboarding/offboarding and maintain compliant employment records.
• Oversee office facilities, lease management and supplier relationships.
• Act as CRM system administrator, ensure data integrity and manage IT asset lifecycle.
• Drive procurement, cost control and support internal audits, risk assessments and governance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in finance leadership within a services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian financial, tax and labour regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with HR & payroll administration and contract management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
