Head of Customer Services

About the role

Trasis is seeking a Head of Customer Services to lead the global customer service function across the Trasis Group. You will shape the strategy, oversee the entire customer experience, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction for users and patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the department’s strategy and objectives in line with the group’s overall strategy.
• Organise and manage customer service operations, including employees, distributors, and independent contractors.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, produce activity reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in the Business Unit management committee and represent the customer service perspective.
• Lead talent development, manage conflicts, and ensure continuous improvement of skills.
• Collaborate with sales to develop distributor relationships and contribute to product and service definition.
• Oversee the design and delivery of internal and distributor training programs.
• Collect and share user feedback to improve products and services.
• Set and manage the department’s budget.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, master’s in a science‑related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar senior customer‑service leadership role, including team management.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
• Proactive, decisive, and able to lead with strategic vision.
• Customer‑, solution‑, and results‑oriented mindset.
