About the role
The Mocktail Club is looking for a Head of Commercial to drive its commercial strategy from our Antwerp headquarters. You will shape growth initiatives, manage key partnerships and ensure revenue targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with long‑term objectives.
- Lead business planning, market analysis and pricing strategy formulation.
- Manage relationships with key partners and identify new growth opportunities.
- Oversee revenue and profit performance, monitoring budgets and forecasts.
- Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing commercial team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial management and business planning.
- Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated team‑leadership and mentoring skills.
- Solid understanding of finance, budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related field.
