Growth Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data‑driven marketing initiatives. You will work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to design and execute strategies that improve conversion rates and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and optimize paid advertising, SEO, and A/B testing.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for our products and services.
• Optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion and retention.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously refine marketing tactics.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing.
• Strong confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, work overtime, and handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive self‑learner with high accountability and problem‑solving mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and capable of critical thinking.
