Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Growth Manager to shape its EdTech ecosystem. You will turn insights into experiments that drive user acquisition, engagement and retention while working in a fast‑moving AI‑augmented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch growth experiments, landing pages and automation workflows from concept to execution.
• Generate hypotheses using AI tools such as Claude Code and validate them with data‑driven testing.
• Analyze cohort charts, identify vanity metrics and iterate quickly to improve conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives.
• Maintain a backlog of growth ideas and prioritize based on impact and feasibility.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on growth experience, preferably in an EdTech or SaaS environment.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bias for action: comfortable shipping a scrappy version today rather than waiting for a perfect plan.
• Data‑oriented mindset able to distinguish meaningful results from noise.
