Group IT Director

About the role

The Group IT Director will shape and execute the organisation’s IT and digital transformation strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives across the Ardo group. This senior leader will ensure secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that drive operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global IT strategy that supports the company’s growth and digital priorities.
• Lead enterprise technology programmes, including SAP transformations, infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity, data governance, data analytics and AI adoption.
• Oversee governance and delivery of international IT programmes across multiple business units and locations.
• Strengthen digital capabilities, safeguard information assets and ensure compliance with security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and roll out a future‑oriented IT target operating model that delivers scalability, standardisation and agility.
• Build and inspire an international IT organisation of roughly 60 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer focus.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving digital transformation and large‑scale change programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
• Strong track record of leading high‑performing, multi‑regional IT teams.
