Group FP&A Director

About the role

The Group FP&A Director is the senior finance partner to the Group CFO and senior leadership, responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis across the entire group. Based in Antwerp, the role translates strategic ambitions into robust financial scenarios, targets and value‑creation roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Own all Group FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, long‑term planning, variance analysis and scenario modelling.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinate regional inputs, refine proposals and present the final budget to the Board.
• Oversee monthly management reporting, ensuring timely, consistent and high‑quality flash reports, cash‑flow statements and other key outputs.
• Coordinate consolidation and analysis of financial results and prepare presentations for the Executive Committee and Board.
• Supervise Corporate Controllers and manage financial operations of holding entities, including budgeting, performance monitoring and accounting.
• Act as the primary liaison between holding entities and central functions such as Accounting, Tax, Treasury, IT and HR.
• Support strategic finance projects, including M&A, refinancing, capital allocation and transformation initiatives.
• Assist Investor Relations with earnings preparation, ad‑hoc analysis and investor communications.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Accountancy (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A or audit with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and planning processes in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
