Group Communications Business Partner

About the role

Aliaxis is seeking a Group Communications Business Partner to translate the company’s strategic, financial and transformation priorities into compelling communications. Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, HR, Operations, Sustainability, Marketing and other functions, you will help align stakeholders and strengthen the group’s reputation on a global stage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communication strategies, defining objectives, audiences, key messages, channels, budgets and measurement of business impact.
• Provide expertise in branding, reputation management, executive positioning and thought‑leadership, ensuring compliance with brand, legal and regulatory standards.
• Act as a strategic communications partner to global functions and senior leaders, turning business results and transformation initiatives into clear narratives and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Coordinate with regional and local communication teams to maintain consistent messaging across the Group.
• Manage agency relationships and support the creation of corporate content for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic communications within a global matrix organization.
• Native‑level proficiency in English and strong influencing skills.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering communication solutions that drive alignment and business impact.
