Group Charter Sales Consultant – €52k + Uncapped Commission

About the role

Air Charter Service is looking for a motivated Group Charter Sales Consultant to design and sell private aircraft solutions for groups of 19 passengers and above. You will work with sports teams, film crews, corporate groups and other large parties, turning travel needs into tailored charter experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build a pipeline of potential group charter clients.
• Contact prospects via calls, emails and meetings to generate new business.
• Convert leads into repeat customers and manage the full booking lifecycle from enquiry to post‑flight follow‑up.
• Collaborate with airlines to select the optimal aircraft for each charter.
• Achieve and exceed sales activity and revenue targets.
• Attend key client departures when required and provide on‑site support.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners across global locations.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role dealing with luxury products or services.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice and a valid driver’s licence.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
