Graduate Management Traineeship – Expansion Markets

About the role

The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme is a 10‑month rotational program starting in August 2027. Junior talent will work on real business projects across Sales, Commercial and Supply & Logistics functions while following a 70‑20‑10 learning model (on‑the‑job, exposure, formal training).

Key responsibilities

• Work on real business projects across Sales, Commercial and Supply & Logistics functions.
• Navigate complex expansion markets to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Graduated (by Sep 2027) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and proficient in German or Spanish.
• Willingness to travel within Belgium and across Europe and to be geographically mobile.
• Demonstrates leadership, ownership, agility in learning, collaboration and a future‑making mindset.
