GMP Manufacturing Technician – Cell Culture (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a GMP Manufacturing Technician to join our team and support the production of clinical batches and the industrialisation of novel regenerative medicines. You will work in a cGMP environment, applying aseptic techniques to generate Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) in clean‑room facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily aseptic cell‑culture activities in Grade A/B clean rooms.
• Control and maintain equipment, facilities and environmental conditions.
• Manage raw materials, finished products and waste streams according to GMP standards.
• Develop, validate and implement standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to process industrialisation and the design of future manufacturing facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Applied Biology or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with aseptic techniques in a GMP clean‑room setting.
• Experience in cell culture; stem‑cell culture is a strong asset.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and committed to high‑quality work.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
