Global Mobility Tax Associate

About the role

As a Global Mobility Tax Associate you will support internationally mobile employees by managing their tax obligations and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. You will work closely with HR, Finance and clients to deliver smooth tax transitions for assignments worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns for globally mobile employees.
• Provide tax advice on assignments, payroll and social security matters.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll tax issues.
• Advise employees on tax obligations, policies and compliance.
• Analyze compensation data to optimise tax positions.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor regulatory changes.
• Research international tax developments and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Manage client engagements, including billing and KPI tracking.
• Act as the primary client contact to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law, applied economics, business administration, commerce or a bachelor’s degree in accountancy/taxation.
• Recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
• Strong numerical aptitude and a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Attention to detail, good writing skills and a practical, hands‑on attitude.
• Drive and dynamism that contributes to team spirit.
