Global Head of People Operations, Rewards, HRIS & People Analytics

About the role

Medi-Market is expanding its preventive health and wellbeing network across Europe and needs a senior HR leader to shape its People Operations function. As Global Head of People Operations, Rewards, HRIS & People Analytics you will drive strategy, harmonise processes and embed data‑driven decision making across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Group’s People Operations strategy, ensuring operational excellence in payroll, HR administration and governance.
• Lead the design and implementation of a modern Compensation & Benefits framework that attracts and retains talent.
• Accelerate HR digitalisation, primarily through Workday and emerging technologies.
• Strengthen HR analytics, reporting and workforce planning to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Manage and develop the Payroll, HR Solutions, HRIS and HR Controlling teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English; minimum B2 level in Dutch.
• Proven experience managing HR Operations, transformation projects and shared services in an international environment.
• Strong background in payroll management and compensation strategy.
