Global Head of HR

About the role

NVISO is seeking an experienced Global Head of HR to lead its worldwide people agenda while temporarily overseeing the HR function for its Belgian entity. In this senior leadership role you will shape talent strategy, culture, development and employee experience across all NVISO locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global people strategy, frameworks and standards.
• Lead and coordinate local HR leads and service cluster leads to ensure consistent employee experience.
• Act as interim Head of HR for the Belgian entity, overseeing local HR operations.
• Advise the leadership team on talent acquisition, culture, organization design and employee engagement.
• Partner with local HR leads on payroll, administration and compliance, supported by external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment, learning & development, compensation, wellbeing and other HR service clusters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership within a fast‑growing, international environment.
• Strong understanding of global HR governance models and ability to translate global policies into local practice.
• Excellent advisory skills with C‑level executives.
• Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Strategic HR planning and execution.
• Leadership of multi‑country HR teams.
• Knowledge of Belgian labour legislation (for interim role).
