Genesis OR Consultant

About the role

The Genesis OR Consultant partners with hospitals to launch, optimise and sustain robotic surgery programmes using Intuitive’s da Vinci platforms. The role blends on‑site and remote consulting to drive best‑practice adoption, efficiency and cost‑containment across the operating room.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Intuitive technology, troubleshooting, and instrument handling.
• Independently manage an assigned territory, scheduling on‑site and virtual engagements.
• Lead educational initiatives and Genesis OR consulting sessions with targeted customers.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, sales, marketing, training, service and technical support to design customised solutions.
• Identify utilisation barriers, uncover needs and propose recommendations aligned with hospital goals.
• Prioritise solutions, gain leadership alignment and track implementation progress.
• Communicate status updates and outcomes on agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare or surgical technology consulting.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements across a geographic territory.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess workflows, protocols and utilisation data.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clinical and executive audiences.
