Fullstack Software Engineer – Data Retention & Privacy

About the role

Alan is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join the Data Foundations crew. You will help build and operate the GDPR Orchestrator, a shared platform that ensures privacy‑by‑design for all member data across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GDPR Orchestrator, including its core engine and safety mechanisms such as preview/dry‑run and audit trails.
• Maintain operational health of the platform: deployments, monitoring, incident response.
• Collaborate with product crews to enable privacy‑compliant data lifecycle management.
• Contribute to a monorepo environment with daily deployments and distributed ownership.

Required profile

• Strong experience building full‑stack applications in fast‑moving environments.
• Comfortable working across the entire stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces.
• Ability to design and implement privacy‑by‑design solutions.
• Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership over shipped features.
