About the role
Talan, an international consulting group working on digital transformation and innovation, is looking for a Fullstack Java/Angular Developer to join its team in Brussels. You will design, develop and maintain web applications, working on both the back end with Java and the front end with Angular, in close collaboration with the product team and other developers.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new features for existing and new web applications
- Back-end development with Java (Spring, Hibernate)
- Front-end development with Angular (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Work with product and design teams to define technical and functional specifications
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure code quality and performance through unit testing and code reviews
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development
- Fluent English and strong proficiency in French and/or Dutch
- Strong analytical skills, proactive in proposing solutions, curious, self-driven and a team player
Required skills
- Java (Spring, Hibernate) and Angular
- Databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab)
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
