Full Stack Software Engineer – Front‑end & Back‑end

About the role

VersaSense is building an IoT‑based monitoring intelligence platform for heavy industry. We are looking for a full‑stack software engineer to design, develop and scale complex features across our front‑end and back‑end stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end features for the platform, with a 60/40 split between front‑end and back‑end work.
• Own specific product domains or technical components from conception to production.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and improve code quality, testing and engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, industrial customers, production managers and operators to translate needs into solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience with full‑stack ownership.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch or French a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity and raise the bar for the team.

• Go and related back‑end technologies.
