Full Stack PHP Developer – Healthcare & Real Estate Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer proficient in PHP to join our in‑house team that builds innovative solutions for reproductive healthcare, diagnostic centres and real‑estate businesses. You will work on the complete software lifecycle, from design through deployment, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and launch web applications using PHP and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX and QA teams to define and ship new features.
• Debug, optimise and maintain existing codebases to ensure performance and scalability.
• Integrate databases (MySQL) and external APIs, and work with cloud services.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of full‑stack development experience with a focus on PHP.
• Strong grasp of object‑oriented programming and web fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and attention‑to‑detail.
