Full Stack MERN Developer (Back End Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack MERN Developer to join our in‑house team. You will work on impactful projects across reproductive healthcare, diagnostic centers, and real estate, delivering high‑quality web applications from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and launch web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build scalable, high‑performance server‑side solutions with Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise code to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications for scalability and functionality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers when needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of full‑stack development experience, primarily with the MERN stack.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
