Full-Stack Developer – Java, Angular, Flutter (Hybrid, Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Developer to build and maintain a digital platform that handles transport authorization requests. The role involves creating a secure backend API, a web‑based back‑office for agents, and an Android mobile app for field inspectors. The position is based in Namur and works on a hybrid schedule, with at least half of the time onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build frontend applications with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop and maintain Android applications using Flutter.
• Manage Oracle database integration and data migration flows.
• Implement secure APIs, audit logging, and role‑based access controls.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, Dockerization, and application deployment.
• Create Power BI reporting solutions and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Flutter, Oracle, and Docker.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, DevSecOps practices, and OWASP security standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in French.
• Ability to work part‑time (≈2.5 days per week) in a hybrid setting.
