Full Stack Developer – Java & Angular (Consultancy)

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a consultancy mission for a public‑sector client. You will build a new web application, "Target 2", that replaces an outdated system used by hydrographers in the Walloon hydrological network.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a modern, secure web interface using Angular and a Spring Boot API.
• Integrate with a Python‑based business calculation engine via web services.
• Connect to external data sources through Denodo and manage application data in PostgreSQL.
• Develop features for calculating, storing, updating and visualising rating curves for measurement stations.
• Ensure seamless interaction with existing DGH databases and exchange channels.
• Document the solution and provide sustainable maintenance for both back‑end and front‑end components.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Java and Spring Boot development (mid‑level).
• Strong front‑end skills with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Ability to work autonomously in an agile, Scrum‑based team.
• Good communication skills for writing technical and functional documentation.
