Full-stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end features across our web applications. You will work closely with product and design teams to deliver high‑quality software while leveraging modern AI coding assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend, backend, APIs, and database components.
• Manage code using Git/GitHub, including pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilise AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to accelerate development, debugging, and code review.
• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests for your features.
• Coach peers on testing best practices, coverage review, and edge‑case identification.
• Establish lightweight testing standards, checklists, and best practices for the team.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot features in production environments.
• Collaborate with product and design to scope and deliver features from concept to release.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for quality code.
• Experience mentoring developers on testing and code quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Base salary €54,400 – €90,800 per year
