About the role

Join Odoo, a fast‑growing open‑source software company, and help shape a suite of business applications used by millions worldwide. After three weeks of functional and technical training, you will pick a project team that matches your interests and start delivering high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality, maintainable applications across the Odoo ecosystem.
• Coach small, distributed development teams and ensure best coding practices.
• Take ownership of the code you write, from design through testing.
• Produce clean, well‑documented code that meets performance standards.

Required profile

• Proficiency in several programming languages and strong object‑oriented programming skills.
• Passion for software development and a fast, autonomous learning style.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
