Full Stack AI Engineer – Build AI‑Enabled Products

About the role

We are looking for the first AI‑focused engineering hire to join a fast‑growing organisation in West Flanders. This hands‑on product role lets you build real AI‑enabled software that reaches customers, not just experimental demos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack applications covering frontend, backend and APIs.
• Design scalable, maintainable systems using modern best practices.
• Integrate with leading LLM providers such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini.
• Write and optimise production prompts for live AI‑driven features.
• Leverage AI tooling responsibly to accelerate development.
• Explore emerging standards like MCP, A2A and AI skills.
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to shape the roadmap.
