Frontend Engineer – Technology Department

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join its Product Engineering team in Liège. You will create high‑quality, user‑centric experiences for a regulated, high‑traffic gaming platform, working in a small, autonomous product team.

Key responsibilities

• Own solutions from problem definition through implementation, release, monitoring and iterative improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Apply strong craftsmanship while keeping a product‑ and customer‑first mindset.
• Continuously improve codebases, practices, tooling and ways of working.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer in product‑oriented environments, preferably at scale or in regulated contexts.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and modern JavaScript, with deep expertise in React and component‑based architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to build maintainable, performant and accessible user interfaces.
• Comfortable working in small, cross‑functional teams and taking ownership of quality from design to production.
