Frontend Engineer

About the role

Rock.estate is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to turn product ideas into polished, reliable web applications. You will work closely with users, product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high‑impact solutions for banks, insurers, and real‑estate experts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Vue applications using TypeScript.
• Build clear, reusable, and maintainable frontend components.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product stakeholders, and UX designers.
• Translate product requirements into practical frontend solutions and improve user flows.
• Contribute to frontend quality, maintainability, and testing practices.
• Ask clarifying questions to ensure the right product is built.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience with reactive JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.
• Strong experience building modular Vue applications.
• Focus on product quality and user experience.
• Ability to work from imperfect requirements and ask good questions.
• Based in Western/Central Europe; proximity to Brussels is a plus.
